Dough: 2 cups flour Vs teaspoon salt 2 eggs 2-3 tablespoons water To make pot pie dough, make a well in the flour and add the eggs and salt Work together into a stiff dough. If it is too dry, add water or milk. Roll out the dough as thin as possible '/• -inch thick and cut into 1 -inch squares with a knife or pastry wheel. Drop into boiling broth. 4-pound chicken 1 teaspoon salt 4 medium potatoes, sliced 2 tablespoons minced parsley Cut chicken into serving pieces, cover and cook until ten der.
