She coordinates beef promotion displays and disseminates recipes and promotional materials at both county and state levels, including her local butcher shop and Giant Eagle stores. Rene Kerstetter, the 1998-99 PCA Queen who is the daughter of Debbie and Barry Kerstetter of Centre County, presented the new queen, Jesse Leister of Adams County. The new princess is Tammi Grubb of York County. The PCA $5OO scholarship winner was Alissa Cowell of Green County. The Pennsylvania Cattlemen Association, at its annual banquet meet ing March 26 at State College, named an Adams County Simmental breeder as Seedstock Breeder of the Year. Ken Foust shows his award. Foust Hidden Oaks, for the past 15 years, has bought top-performing Simmental bulls and has had many bulls take top honors in the 112-day Bull Test at State College .
