Whole egg prices were irregular, whites
were unchanged to higher, balance of items
were unchanged to lower when compared
to a week earlier. The market tone was usu
ally fully steady to firm on whites, other
items range from steady to barely steady.
Demand improved but was still slow to
moderate. Supplies were adequate,
although whites were in close balance to
short.
