Festivel on April 24 and 25. The
f un will take place at The Lebanon
Expo Center off of Rt. 72 in Leb
anon. More than 40 owners of lla
mas and alpacas from eight east
ern states will be on hand to de
monstrate all the enjoyable and
useful aspects of living with these
wonderful animals.
Admission to the two-day event
ts free and will focus on education
and fun for people of all ages. The
public is invited to gain “hands
on” experience with these lovable
creatures, as breeders lead demon
strations on how to handle, lead,
groom, and care for the animals.

the children, obstacle course de
monstrations, and new for this
year will be The Llama Drill

Llama, Alpaca Festival April 24-25

Spinners and weavers can leant
about llama and alpaca fiber from
leading experts who will be speak
ing each day. There will be contin
uous demonstrations on spinning,
carding, felting, weaving, and
much more. Many beautiful hand
made items will be on display.
For shoppers, llama-related
souvenirs, wool, jewelry, hand
crafted garments, and even some
llamas and alpacas will be for sale.
Delicious refreshments will be
available at reasonable prices.
Festival hours are 10 a.m. to 5
p.m. on both Saturday and Sun
day. Parking and admission are
free.
Directions: Follow the llama
signs from; exit 20 of the PA
Turnpike - Take Rt. 72 North.
From 1-78 - Take Rt. 72 South
thru Lebanon.
