Whole prices were mostly unchanged to
lower, and all other prices were lower. The
market tone was weak. Trading and
demand was very light Supplies continued
more than adequate. Liquid and frozen
eggs (ingredients included) processed
under federal inspection in the Eastern reg
ion for the week ending March 27, 1999
were 1% more than last week, and 11%
less than the same week a year ago. Shell
eggs supplies were adequate to ampler
