Tmcklot baying activity was slow with
most dealers showing limited interest for
product even at competitive price levels.
Offerings were more than sufficient for
trade needs, but still balanced at some loca

appointing with little improvement noted
for the upcoming holidays. The undertone
on most items tanged from barely steady to
weak.

NATIONAL EGO MARKET - AT A
GLANCE
Prices were unchanged on the West
Coast, otherwise, prices were generally
unchanged to higher for the large sizes, and
unchanged to lower on mediums. The
market tone was steady to firm for the large
sizes, and steady to weak on mediums.
Demand tanged light to good, mostly mod
erate, and was best where featured and on
large white sizes. Supplies were generally
adequate to fully adequate, however, some
instances of tightness on the larger sizes
were repotted. Breaking stock supplies
were at least adequate, and the demand for
additional eggs was mostly light, light
type hens were adequate to ample for pro
cessing schedules.
