All prices continued unchanged. The
market tone was about steady. Demand
was mostly light. Supplies were at least
adequate Liquid and frozen eggs (ingre
dients included) processed under federal
inspection in the Eastern region for the
week ending February 27, 1999 were 8%
more than last week, and 8% less than the
same week last year. Shell egg supplies
were adequate to fully adequate.

available. Live supplies were moderate to
light; weights were in a range of light to
heavy. Processing schedules were light to
moderate as adverse weather and earlier
planned curtailments combined to reduce
overall operations. Less than track!ot ask
ing prices were 1 cent lower at S 3 to 67
cents. Trade sentiment was barely steady to
weak. Boneless skinless breasts were irre
gularly available. Bone-in breasts were
