Movement of ready-to-cook whole birds
was seasonally light to to fair. Offerings
ranged adequate to fully adequate. live
supplies were generally moderate with
weights in a full range of light to heavy.
Processing schedules were moderate to
moderately heavy. Less than trucklot ask
ing prices were 1 cent higher at 54 to 68
cents. Trade sentiment was steady to fully
steady. In the parts complex, supplies of
wings were in heaviest supply, all other
items were at least adequate.
