were irregularly available with whole
breasts generally in the strongest position,
but not attracting much interest Retail and
distributive movement seems best on sea
food items with other meat items currently
taking a back seat. The market lone was
about steady.

tone was generally steady. Demand tanged
fair to good, mostly moderate, and was best
where featured. Supplies were irregular,
and ranged barely adequate to fully adequ
ate, mostly adequate. Breaking stock sup
plies were usually adequate, and the
demand for additional eggs was light.
Light type hens were fully sufficient for
slaughter schedules.

tone continued steady. Demand was fair to
good, mostly fair, and generally better
where items were featured. Supplies were
adequate; A feature on large eggs was
advertised one dozen for 69 cents, restric
tions apply. The New York State shell egg
inventory increased by IS percent and the
New Jersey inventory was 5 percent mote
than a week ago.
