Farmers of America (DFA) will
conduct its first annual meeting
at the Hyatt Regency Crown
Center in Kansas City, Mo
March 22-23
Attendance at the two-day
meeting is expected to top 1,200
dairy producers and guests from
across the nation.
The meeting begins at 1 15
p.m. Monday, March 22 with a
general session featuring pre
sentations outlining accomplish
ments of the dairy marketing
cooperative by DFA Chairman
Herman Brubaker and
President and Chief Executive
Officer Gary Hanman. In addi
tion, Charles Beckendorf, chair
man of DFA’s Finance
Committee, will present the
financial report on results of the
organization’s first year of oper
ation

the dairy industry The meeting
concludes with a “question and
answer” session with DFA lead
