Jacob Jacob Ste infelt, 17, son of Michael and Linda Steinfelt, of Little Marsh, has been a 3- ycar member of Cowanesquc FFA Chapter, having served as its treasurer. Also involved with the Fruit committees, his projects include rais ing beef, finishing and breeding sheep, and maple production. He was on the national land judging team, and earned chapter proficiency awards for beef, and agricultural mechan ics. He won a silver award in the state land judging contest, a gold state recordbook contest, and a regional star fanner award in specialized agriculture. He has greenhand, chapter, area and now state degrees. In the future he said he would like to go west as part of a harvest ing team. He said he likes the challenges of FFA, being involved, the contests, and the variety of interests all possible through FFA.
