Ibm, is the 19 years-old son of Peb Über, also of Harrisville, has been a member of Hayburners 4-H Dairy Club, County Council club, and parts ’n’ Pieces Veterinary Science Club. ARA Honors Legislators ST. LOUIS, Mo. The Agri cultural Retailers Association (ARA) announced Dec. 9, at its annual Convention & Expo, Sen. Conrad Burns (R-Mont.) and Rep. Steve Buyer (R-lnd.) ate the asso ciation’s legislator of the year. Both Burns and Buyer worked diligently with ARA to secure provisions on HM-200 Hazmat requirements. Their efforts en sured the retailer perspective was included in discussions surround ing new placarding and transpor tation requirements.
