DAILY NATIONAL GRAIN
SUMMARY
Wheat bids were supported by s techni
cal correction after recent declines and
light overnight export demand. Traders
also are concerned about a cold snap
expected next week in the winter wheat
growing areas. Com bids were slightly
lower due to light export demad this week
and a slow down in fanner selling. Soy
bean bids regained some of yesterday's
losses on indications that soybean planting
in parts of Brazil has been halted by dry
weather. This could reduce thdr 9S-99 pro
duction estimate. Wheat steady to 4 cents
higher. Com t to 2 cents lower. Sorghum
mixed. Soybeans 9 to 10 cents higher.
