Junior Simmental Board Elected
BOZEMAN, Mont. In recent balloting held at the National Classic XVIII in Columbus,
Ohio, the American Junior Simmental Association (AJSA) elected 16 members to serve on the
organization’s Board of Trustees.
Trent Ricksger, Hubbard, Ore , .was elected president of the 4,500-member AJSA. Four area
vice presidents elected are Molly Ruggles. Ashley, Ohio from the Eastern area; Mike Moreland,
Enumclaw, Washington representing the western area; Eric Gerdes, Danville, lowa in the
north-central area; and Dean Jousan, Joaquin, Texas, of the south central area.
