Becky Miller, president of the Leaders Advisory Council and organizational leader for the Boots and Saddles 4-H Horse Club, introduced the speakers and made many of the presentations. Master of ceremonies was Jim Shirk, agriculture services mana ger for the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry. At the banquet, club scrapbook awards were presented to the Boots and Saddles 4-H Horse Club and the Saddle Cinches Horse and Pony Club. A Club Exhibit Award, for the best exhibit at the 4-H fair, went to Spinnin’ Spurs. Blue Form Scrapbook Awards were presented under several categories. Those honored for 1-3 years were Rebecca Diehm, Jenica Messner, and Carson Weaver. Those honored for 4-6 years were Loren Hershey and Erik Nuss baum. Those honored for 7-10 years include Barry Gochnauer, Jill Hoffines, Janine Leaman, and Jessica Schmidt 4-H Fair Book Cover award went to Sarah Quigg.
