burg, served as host to eight breed
ing swine shows.
In the Berkshire breed, the
grand champion boar and gilt were
both exhibited by Mapes Family
Betkshires of Unkmville Center,
Ohio.
In the Chester White breed, Ken
Wetzel and family, of Rossiter,
exhibited the champion boar and
gilt
The Wetzels also exhibited the
Duroc champion gilt while Par
rish Farms of Edon, Ohio, exhi
bited the champion Duroc boar.
In the Hampshire breed, the
Ramy Swine Farm of Burghill,
Ohio, exhibited the champion
boar, while Winebark’s Hamp
shire* of Myerstown exhibited the
champion gilt
Heidi and Tyler Ricks of Eolia,
Missouri, exhibited the Landrace
breed champion boar and gilt
KC Farms of Walkersville,
Maryland, exhibited the Poland
China champion boar and gilt
In the Spotted Swine breed.
Redding Family Inc. of Kenton,
Ohio, exhibited the champion boar
and gilt
In the Yorkshire breed, Parrish
Farms showed the champion boar,
while B&K Farm of West Alexan
dria, Ohio, exhibited the champion
gilt.
