Serves 4 to 6.

In large saucepan or steamer,
steam cauliflower until crisp
tender. Place hot cauliflower in
serving dish. In small bowl, com
bine fat free Miracle Whip, mus
tard and reconstituted onions.
Spread over cauliflower, sprin
kle with cheese. Cover; let stand
a few minutes until cheese is
melted. (Can also use 4 cups
frozen cauliflower florets.)

1 small head cauliflower
8 slices bacon, fried and broken
in bits
1 small red pepper for color
1 small red onion
1/4 cup raisins
Dressing:
1 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
Dice fine broccoli, cauliflower,
onion and raisins, add bacon
and dressing. Mix and refriger
ate overnight or several hours.

Cabbage Casserole
Head of cabbage
1 pound hamburger
1/2 cup onions, diced
1/2 cup rice, not cooked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 fr'ispoon pepper
1 quart spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese
Brown hamburger, drain, and
put in a 9” x 13” pan. Stir in rice,
salt and pepper, put on cabbage,
then spaghetti sauce. Put cheese
on top. Cover with foil. Bake at
350 degrees F for 2 hours, with
out checking.

1 medium apple, chopped
3/4 cup chopped nuts
3/4 -1 cup sugar

Add enough Miracle Whip to
the granulated sugar to make it
creamy for the dressing.
Combine cabbage, pineapple,
grapes, apple and nuts. Combine
with dressing.
