PARTS - PART I FEDERAL-STATE
Trucldoi buying activity was mixed with
dealers cautious as they fulfilled their
needs. Offerings were generally adequate
and held with varying degrees of confi
dence. Movement through both retail and
distributive channels continued to slow
with end of month and religious holidays
on the horizon. The market tone continued
in an unsettled position with underlying
trade sentiment becoming increasingly
cautious.
