Trust, announced that Kenneth
M. Ebert, director of develop
ment at Delone Catholic High
School, has been named the
Trust’s new director of develop
ment effective Sept. 21.
The Director of Development
is a professional staff position of
Lancaster Farmland Trust,
reports directly to the executive
director, and is responsible for
all development activities. Ebert
will have overall responsibility
for major gift fundraising,
grants development, member
ship development, special
events, education and communi
ty outreach, marketing, product
sales, and public relations.

about drought stress on their

Badly contaminated corn is dan
gerous if fed to livestock, partic
ularly poultry. Maryland first
experienced aflatoxin problems
in corn as a result of a drought
