The market tone was steady to firm for the large sizes, and steady for the light weights. Demand covered the full range, and was mostly moderate except where featured, movement was fairly good to good. Supplies of brown eggs and the large white sizes were tight to adequate, and the lighter weights were adequate to ample. Breaking stock supplies remained generally adequate or available, and demand for extra eggs was mixed; the market tone was steady to firm, strongest where breakers competed with shell egg graders to secure limited heavy egg offer ings.
