USDA-MO Dept Ag Market News
DAILY NATIONAL GRAIN
SUMMARY
Wheat bids finished mixed, mostly low
er as harvest pressure, good crop yields,
and lack of new export sales, weighed on
bids. Kansas City wheat bids, however,
closed slightly higher due to some techni
cal strength and ideas the market has been
far oversold. Com and soybean bids made
further advances as the Dow moved higher
and South Korea bought more US com
overnight. Wheat mixed, mostly 3 to 7
cents lower except St. Louis and Kansas
City 2 to 3 cents higher. Com 1 to 2 cents
higher. Sorghum 3 to 4 cents higher. Soy
beans steady to 8 cents higher with South
ern lowa up to 19 cents higher.
