Trading was very spotty and any strength posted at mid-week was erased. Demand was mostly moderate as buyers were apprehensive to start the bidding. Slaughter heifers were ( not well tested. Slaughter cow prices were .50-1.00 lower and weighing conditions were definitely in favor of the seller. Slaughter bulls sold mostly steady. Supply included 44 percent slaughter steers and 35 percent slaughter cows.
