BID PROPOSAL
The Maryland Department of Natural
Resources, Public Lands Forest and
Park Service is accepting bids for the
sale of the mulch hay from Elk Neck
State Park currently being stored at Fair
Hill NRMA. Sealed bids are due by
Wednesday, August 26, 1998 at 11:00
A.M. at the office at 4395 Turkey Point
Road, North East, MD 21901, at which
time the bids will be publicly opened.
The anticipated annual harvest is 210
tons baled 4'x4'xB' in size. Further
