shows followed the county 4-H
dairy shows.
In the open division shows, in
the rest of the Jersey show, Jennif
er Neiman showed the reserve
grand champion.
The open division junior
champion Jersey was a junior year
ling, Sands tore Acres Alison, exhi
bited by Little Hill Farm, near Fre
dericksburg, while the reserve
junior champion was also a junior
yearling, Top-O-Hill Juno Patty
Cake, owned by Erica Lloyd.
In the Jersey breed show, on the
sidelines, exhibitors noted the
absence of long-time Jersey exhi
bitor and breeder Mildred Seeds of
Top-O-Hill Farm in Chester
County.
Seeds was a perennial exhibitor,
and worked with many youth, pro
viding an opportunity for them to
work and show cattle, many times
to win regional fair champion
ships. Seeds has dispersed her

breed show, the largest of the fair,

In the four-animal Milking
Shorthorn breed show, Jessica
Hostetler of Dover showed three of
the four a senior yearling, a dty
cow, and a senior 2-year-old, while
Eileen Hostetler, also of Dover,
showed an intermediate calf.
