slaughter steers sold mostly steady
Holstein
steers and slaughter heders were only
lightly tested Thrifty buyers applied
some pressure on the market but at the
same lime the fancy offerings sparked
added interest, so prices remained
steady Slaughter cows sold mostly 50
higher and there were not enough
slaughter bulls on offer for an adequate
market test Supply included 33 per
cent slaughter steers and 60 percent
