construction of an Agricultural Waste Storage System funded in part
by the Chesapeake Bay Program Bids will be accepted for an
inground circular concrete manure storage facility Excavation site
preparation and backfilling will also be bid as a separate item
Construction is expected to begin in Septembcr/Octobcr 1998 The
project is located on a dairy operation in Eldred Township just
outside Pitman in Schuylkill County, Pa
