On Thursday, July 30, the 17th an*
nual Lebanon County 4-H Benefit
Auction will be held featuring
items sure to appeal to the avid
auction goer including farm toys,
blooming plants, Longaberger
Baskets, hand-quilted and cro
cheted items. Winross trucks,
Breyer horse models, gift certifi
cates to area restaurants and busi
nesses, and much more.
The auction is a successful
fund-raiser for the county 4-H de
velopment fund and organizers
hope to raise more than $3,000

craftspersons for donations.
The auction will be held from 6
to 9 p.m. in the North Hall of the
Lebanon Area Fairgrounds, Corn
wall and Rocherty roads, Lebanon
as part of the Lebanon Area Fair.
The money raised helps to fund
educational materials, member
and leader activity fees, transpor
tation costs, and awards for the
county’s 1,300 4-H members and
16S adult volunteer leaders.

ag businesses have donated items
which will specifically appeal to
farm families such as animal feed
and health supplies. For fun and
entertainment there are movie
tickets and farm toys as well as
more traditional items such as
cookbooks, tools, and collectibles.
