GLANCE:
Prices were unchanged to lower for
mediums in the Northeast and Midwest,
unchanged on the balance. The market tone
was steady to instances weak with the light
sizes in the weakest position. Demand was
light to instances good, mostly moderate
with food service and features best Sup
plies were at least adequate or available,
except jumbos and extra large remained
occasionally tight Breaking stock supplies
were adequate to ample for the light
demand. Light type hen offerings were suf
ficient for full slaughter schedules.
