3 tablespoons sugar
1-1/4 cups whipping cream
mint leaves, to garnish
Set aside 8 to 10 perfect
berries for garnish
Clean and hull the rest,
then puree in a blender
Blend in the kirsch and
sugar. Whip the cream in
a chilled bowl, then fold
in the pureed strawberry
mixture. Spoon into glass-
