Improves Sales
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - With 80
percent of all milk sales to con
sumers made in supermarkets,
dairy farmers can’t afford for
supermarkets to lose milk sales
due to poor management of the
dairy case.
The American Dairy
Association and Dairy Council
Inc.(ADADC), just completed a
survey of the area’s 700 largest
supermarket dairy cases and
identified the leading cause of
lost milk sales as shortage of
stock, lack of product variety,
and insufficient rotation sched
ules.

PIZZA SKINS
16-ounce package potato skins,
heated according to package
directions
V* cup prepared pizza sauce,
heated
1 cup turkey pcpperoni, sliced
or diced
1 cup shredded mozzarella
cheese
4-ounce jar sliced or diced
pimientos, drained
Top hot potato skins wilh warm
sauce, pepperoni pieces. Serve

1 clove garlic, minced
