GLANCE:
Prices were unchanged to higher for
mediums in the Northeast, Southeast, and
Midwest, and other prices remained
unchanged. The market tone was steady to
instances firm with mediums in the
strongest position. Demand was mostly
moderate with best movement into retail
specials and resort areas. Supplies were
usually adequate with jumbos still occa
sionally tight. Breaking stock supplies
were adequate for the mired demand, and
prices were unchanged. Light type hen
supplies were adequate to ample for full
schedules.
