CALVES Compared to last Tuesday,
vealers sold I 00-5.00 higher in active
trading. Demand was only moderate for
Holstein bull calves reluming to feed
with prices ranging 20.00-25.00 lower.
Holstein heifer trade continued active
on a small supply and prices were 5.00
to mostly 10 00 lower. This week's
offering included 593 head in the State
graded sale and 83 percent returned to
the farm.

modeately active with good demand on
an attractive supply Slaughter heifers
not well tested Utility and Commercial
cows sold firm to 50 higher, while the
Canner and Cutter cows were unevenly
steady and traded in a wide price range.
Slaughter bulls sold weak on a light test.
Supply included 37 percent slaughter
steers and 57 percent slaughter cows.
