Schnecksville Community Fair Celebrating 15th Year The 15th Annual Schnecksville Community Fair will be held at the fire company grounds on Route 309, Schnecksville, on June 22-27. Fair hours are Monday, Tues day, Wednesday, and Thursday from S p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday from 5 p.m. to midnight, and Saturday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. To celebrate their ISth Anni versary of the fair, the theme is “Kick Up Your Heels At The Fair,” focusing on the fair goers having a good time at the country fair. One of the highlights of the 15th Annual Schnecksville Com munity Fair will be The Masters Of The Chainsaw X-treme Power Carving Competition scheduled for 7 pjn. on Friday and Saturday. Six of the country’s top chainsaw artists will battle for more than $4,000 in prize money. Between carving periods, the carvers will be available to answer questions on their unusual skill and occupa tion and all carvings produced will be available for sale. Appearing for the first time at the Schnecksville Fair Razzmatazz, a magic and illusion spectacular, Vegas style, and JJ Haggles, that combines traditional clown skills and practiced show manship, plus in-between shows he will stroll the fair in his little model-T Ford that puts on a show of its own. Back again will be Master of the Chainsaw, a skilled woodsman that carves unusual pieces of artwork with the chain saw before your very eyes, out of a mere tree trunk. These unique handcrafted pieces will be avail able for purchase. Also returning back to Schnecksville Community Fair will be Lollipop The Clown, sponsored by Martin’s Potato Chips.
