Frederick County Holstein Association Presents Awards, Elects Officers KAREN BUTLER Maryland Correspondent JEFFERSON, Md. The an nual dinner meeting of the Freder ick County Holstein Association drew a crowd of 110 to the 4-H camp center at Jefferson recently. New officers and directors were named and production awards were presented at the evening event Toastmaster for the event was Stan Fultz, extension agent in dairy science. Emily O’Hara, Frederick County and Maryland dairy princess, gave the milk toast for the Holstein breeders.
