ATTENTION!
609 Tobacco Growers
If you want to sell or process your 609
tobacco, check with us NOW, we will be
receiving Tues., April 14 and Wed., April
15 from 8-5 DST.
We would advise you to move your 609
tobacco, one way or another, before it
rots in the shed. We feel most of this crop
will not keep this summer due to
unusually mild weather conditions and
high moisture in ribs when stripped. The
market seemed like a disaster this
season but it will be a big disaster for you
if you let your crop rot in the shed. Do
not worry about your neighbor in this
case, just make your own decision and
do not let anybody mislead you. We are
trying to provide the best service we have
to offer under this difficult market year.
Sincerely,
Penn leaf Tobacco Company
