A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE HERD: In 1991, the Reeds purchased
100 Cows from the Concord Ridge Herd, went on test. Bred A-I and selec
tively used a good Registered Bull, went on a monthly Herd Check & Vacc.
Erogram No BST Used -No animals have ever shown signs of Johne’s or
eukosis. Herd was off test for approx. 1 yr. and are now back on official
test. After much thought, the Reeds have decided to change occupations and
are offering their two farms for sale through a realtor, 200 acres with Dairy
Set-up and 200 acres with Heifer facilities.
