Timesaving Measures
Once again it’s time to “spring ahead” with Daylight
Saving Time beginning at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday
morning, April 5. (Reset your clocks one hour ahead
on Saturday night.) While you’re at it, consider how
you would choose to spend that extra hour, if it were
given back to you. Sleep' 7 Work? A good book' 7 Some
“random act of kindness,” perhaps 9 Too often we look
to timesaving devices (washing machines, dishwashers,
computers, fax machines, to name just a few) to give us
ire leisure time for
her pursuits, but
’.n what do we do
th the hours we’ve
ined 9 Often, we
tend them doing
more of whatever it is we hoped to escape and then
what have we gained 9
In time take time, wken time does last, for
time is no time when time is past.
■or Beware of “labor-saving devices” that require compli
cated assembly, cleaning, or large storage space.
