GLANCE:
Prices were unchanged. The market tone
was cautiously steady to Instances fully
steady, mostly steady. Demand covered the
full range, mostly moderate, and was best
where retail features were a factor. Sup
plies were adequate or available, however
jumbo browns were short in New England.
Breaking stock supplies were generally
adequate for the irregular, but mostly light
demand. Live hen supplies were short of
full processing needs, although offerings
for next week increased.
