The Twin Valley School District is accepting
sealed bids on the sale and removal of an L
shaped shed. The shed is approximately 31' x
31’ with walls consisted of 2x4 wood studs
covered with Tl-11 siding. It has a truss-type
roof with 1/2 inch plywood and shingles. The
shed sets on a concrete slab and may require
disassembly for removal. All bids must include
a 10% deposit in the form of a check made
payable to the Twin Valley School District,
which will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
Bids must be in the hands of the Business
Administrator by 2:00 p.m. March 30, 1998, at
which time they will be opened. The School
Board reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all bids or part of any bid, or waive any
irregularities in any bid. Interested parties can

Director, at the Twin Valley School District
