Movement of ready-to-cook whole Unis
was seasonally light to moderate. Seller
offerings were fully sufficient for current
inquiry. Live supplies were moderate;
weights were mixed and irregular. Process
ing schedules were moderate to moderately
heavy. Less than trucklot asking prices
were unchanged at 51 to 65 cents. Trade
sentiment was mostly steady. In the parts
complex, breast items, particulary boneless
skinless were in generally good balance:
Legs, leg quarters and thighs were ample
and slow to clear. Wings were adequate to
fully adequate.
