DAILY NATIONAL GRAIN
SUMMARY
Grain and soybean bids finished slightly
lower foe the day. Wheat 2 to 4 cents low
er. Com 2 to 4 cents lower. Sorghum 4
cents lower. Soybeans 3 to 5 cents lower.
Wheat bids turned lower after two days of
higher trading. Very light export demand
overnight and up till now for the week.
Favorable growing weather for winter
wheat and crop conditions are good. Com
and soybean bids were pressured lower on
increased farmer selling and continued
slow export orders. Reports that Taiwan
and South Africa bought com overnight
from Argentina, also weakened com bids.
Soybean bids were also pressured by con
tinued good forecasts for the South Ameri
can crop.
