Prices were unchanged. The market tone
was cautiously steady. Demand was mixed
and was in a full range of light to good.
Supplies of graded eggs were tight to
adequate and ungraded stocks were fully
adequate to ample. The New York state
inventory was 23% less than the previous
week and the New Jersey inventory was
S% less than the previous Monday.
