Becoming adept in voicing

several years to perfect. As a junior
team member years ago, Garber
said that he did horrible and found
it terrifying to stand one to one and
express opinions. “Many times I
made a complete fool of myself,”
he said. “Chet broke me of always
saying the phrase ‘much more.’”
