The market tone was cautiously steady to weak. Demand was mixed and ranged from light to good, best in retail outlets where holiday shop ping and winter storms were a factor. Sup plies of graded eggs were adequate to tight and ungraded eggs were adequate to ample. Breaking stock supplies were to ample for the light demand. Light type hen offerings were at least adequate.
