'Movement of ready-to-cook whole birds
was light and unaggressive and typical of
mid-week activity. Seller offerings were
fully sufficient for current inquiry. Live
supplies were at least moderate; weights
were mostly desirable to heavy. Processing
schedules were moderate to heavy. Less
than trucklot asking prices were unchanged
at 49 to 63 cents. Trade sentiment was
mostly steady. In the parts complex, sup
plies were adequate to tight on leg quartets
and wings. Other items were at least
adequate for trade needs.
