tone was mixed with whites in the steadiest
position and the balance of items hilly
steady to firm. Demand was fair. Floor
stocks were adequate. Raw material sup
plies were tight to adequate under a steady
to firm trade sentiment. Liquid and frozen
eggs (ingredients included) processed
under federal inspection in the East for the
week ending September 6,1997 were 1796
less than die prior week, and 1696 more
than the same week last year.
