4018 and west of Port Ann in Adams Twp. There is
a considerable amount of timber on this tract. The
deed for this tract is recorded in Snyder County
Deed Book 43, Pg. 587 and it is designated as
Parcel No. 01-02-045 on the Snyder County Tax
Assessment Maps. There is no deeded right-of-way
for this tract of land.
Tract No. Two consists of 27.546 acres of vacant
land, more or less, and is situate along S.R, 4014,
