Holstein Show for the second straight year.
The Buckman Family, Lo Woe Farm of Perkasie, shared the premier exhibitor
award with Delaware Valley College at the Bucks County Holstein Show, Middletown
Grange Fair.

Hayes To Speak At
Opening Of
Ag Law Center
CARLISLE (Cumberland Co.)
Pennsylvania’s Secretary of
Agriculture, Samuel E. Hayes Jr.,
will speak on Tuesday, September
16 at a ceremony opening Hie
Agriculture Law Research and
Education Center at The Dickin
son School Of Law. The Center is
a collaborative venture of the Law
School and Penn State’s College
of Agricultural Sciences.
Hayes will join law school offi
cials, invited guests, and the publ
ic at the 1 p.m. ceremony at the
Law School, ISO South College
Street, Carlisle.
The Ag Center is one of only
several in the nation located at law
schools. Dickinson became affil
iated with Penn State on July 1,
becoming -The Dickinson School
of Law of The Pennsylvania State
University.
The Center is designed to pro
vide leadership in the research and
dissemination of information
about agricultural-related issues to
agricultural producers, food pro
cessors, government officials, and
