The suprise announcement will be made at the Trust’s 7th annual picnic to be held at Greystone located off Rl 272 a mile south of Brownstown. The dairy industry con tinued to struggle this week with significant questions over policy and direction as it adjusts to an ever-changing business environment. EPHRATA (Lancaster Co.) PennAg Industries Association, a trade organization that repre sents Pennsylvania agribusines ses, is pleased to announce its Brent Good Kirk Englert Four Sections cultural Preserve Board, said, ‘This is a model farmland preser vation project in which public/ private partnerships can help implement the county’s com prehensive plan.” According to Trust officials, the farm is owned by Ruth Stoltzfus and the Mike Stoltzfus Estate and includes a 600-head beef finishing operation. Ruth Stoltzfus will be preserving the large beef cattle operation started by her husband.
