Correspondent WHITNEYVILLE (Tioga County) Representatives from each breed circled slowly around the ring as judge Gary Rogers exa mined each one carefully before naming the supreme champion of the Tioga County Open Dairy Show. The competition immediately followed the open Holstein show held Saturday.
